I'm a mental health counselor with a profound interest in the intersection of spirituality and psychology. I was led to the Law of One material, and immediately saw that it provided the clearest, most undistorted, exploration of the Perennial Philosophy that I’d ever come across. My vocation is to provide clarity, normalization, and validation for those seeking their unique paths.

After studying spiritual theology and metaphysics within my spiritual direction training, I was introduced to The Law of One through a podcast recommended by a UFO researcher. I experienced an expansion of heart and cosmic insight. While I've delved into various metaphysical sources, The Law of One remains a source of lasting satisfaction and awe.

My early life was marked by frequent moves due to my father's Air Force career, instilling in me a wanderer's spirit. Even as a child, I was intrigued by the human psyche, leading me to pursue a degree in Psychology/Social Work. I joined Building 4th in early 2021 and discovered that regardless of the teaching, everything ultimately points to the same One.

My spiritual path evolved from various forms of Western Christianity to a global, cosmic celebration of sacred life after earning a Masters in Theology. Committed to fostering unity and healing across beliefs and lifestyles, I embraced the Law of One teachings, drawn by their profound truth. I love being a part of this group!
